In the hiring process the assessment day is a critical stage. There are multiple candidates arriving together, nervously waiting for the various sessions of the day all mixed with the tension of the selection process.

At TMP Worldwide we run these events to provide the best candidate experience available. Your candidates will not be greeted by an anonymous hotel concierge and be told to follow the signs to the designated meeting room. They will check in with a professional receptionist with a list of every attendee on their desk.

The warm welcome at reception is followed by a brief walk to our dedicated assessment suite, an informal refreshment area allows the candidates to mingle and relax and this sets up the whole day to get the very best from the candidates. We also want the candidates to experience our clients' employer brands. We ensure that the visible branding and also the branding across the smaller details of the candidate experience match our client's expectations.

On the day you will have a dedicated assessment facilitator on hand to ensure that your assessment and selection team have the maximum time to dedicate to their tasks, scoring and candidate assessment. They do not need to be bothered by candidate management, organising refreshments or other distractions.

The assessment suite itself has been designed specifically for its purpose, from the large 30 desk testing room and the group session mid-size rooms to the smaller interview rooms all centred around the candidate holding area. All rooms have air-conditioning and wireless internet.
