Job Analysis and Competency Design
Competency models are often the foundation for an entire recruitment process. We can work with you to design bespoke models or help you complement any framework you already have.
Sifting Tools
If you have problems sifting large volumes of applications we can recommend the most appropriate tools to help you manage this, whether that is an ability test, a personality measure or a situational judgement test (SJT). SJT’s are advantageous since they sift large volumes of candidates effectively and have no ongoing unit cost.
We can also design and deliver telephone interviews as part of your process.

Read the scenario and decide which response is the most effective and which is the least effective from the list below:
You have recently completed a project and you would like some constructive feedback from your colleagues. You email various individuals in your team asking some specific questions, but the deadline has now lapsed and no-one has responded. You know that your colleagues are busy but you would find their feedback useful. Do you:
- Approach each member of the team in turn when they appear less busy and ask them to answer the specific questions.
- Speak to your line manager and explain the lack of response you have had from colleagues regarding your request for feedback.
- Approach each member of your team and ask them if they could spare fifteen minutes this week to answer some of your questions.
- Send the original email again asking your colleagues to complete the feedback by the new deadline.

Assessment Centre Delivery
We can manage the assessment centre itself and ensure candidates receive a first-rate experience which is aligned to your brand. We are able to provide you with assessors as well as an Assessment Suite to hold the day.
