Searching out the right candidate

For organisations that have a large number of candidates to source, or a role to fill which requires a specific set of uncommon skills, our candidate sourcing team can help.

TMP use a number of techniques to find the right candidates for you including:

  • Mining CVs of active candidates in the job market
  • Identifying passive candidates through online networking and deep web searching

Those candidates will be both active job seekers and passive candidates, whereby if the right job, in the right company reached out then it may spark interest.

Once candidates who meet the essential criteria have been sourced we present the job role to them, along with a feel for the type of business they would be working for and encourage them to contact us to find out more. When a candidate confirms that they would like to enter the specific recruitment process the sourcing is complete. However, if required TMP can also then pre-screen, offer a telephone interview or invite these candidates to a selection academy. Throughout the search TMP utilise the client’s brand values in a professional manner.
