Our award-winning UK Delivery Centre is where our RPO services come to life. The centre can provide 200 ORCE-trained resource coordinators per day, carrying out telephone interviews and manage the processes that deliver results.
In terms of capacity, the centre can handle 4,000 calls each week - answering at least 80% of incoming calls within 20 seconds. In 2010 we handled 43,456 inbound calls on behalf of our clients, and conducted 35,169 telephone interviews.
It's an impressive operation, and it's one of the biggest of its kind in the UK. And we're always delighted to show both current and prospective clients around.
