Documents can be uploaded via TalentLink, online tests can be integrated and assessment and interviews can be scheduled. And it allows for incredibly detailed reporting, so you can track your candidate pipeline and maintain a proper overview of your recruitment projects.

TMP Verify

This is here to offer an alternative if you do not require a bespoke system from your RPO provider. TMP Verify is an off-the shelf, cost effective ATS package, which allows you to receive CVs and application forms, capture contact detail and ask up to ten ‘killer questions’ to pre-screen candidates.
