Quality assured interviews
All TMP Resource co-ordinators are trained against the ORCE model. This is an industry recognised, best practice approach for the assessment of behaviours. This involves interviewers observing and recording before classifying and evaluating the behaviours under the discrete competency headings. This ensures that subjective judgements are put to one side as the assessments are based purely on the observed behaviours that have been recorded during the exercise. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
