Our Assessment Services team comprises a specialist group of consultant occupational psychologists HR professionals and project managers. All of them are focused on helping you to recruit, retain and develop the very best talent.

We do it by using a variety of techniques to define the skills, behaviours and motivations that a person needs to be successful in a role, both now and in the future. Our future focus ensures that we link our work to the strategic direction of your organisation.

Using this understanding, we design a role profile and a bespoke competency model. These in turn help us choose the most appropriate tools and techniques for assessing current and potential hires.

We also understand that you may prefer to keep some services in-house. So if you wish to deliver your own assessment processes, we can undertake training for you,  including training in assessment centres and competency based telephone interviews.
