Assessor skills training
We focus on the ORCE methodology, and delivering the objective and consistent assessment decision-making that will give your people the specific skills and knowledge they need to select those people who are best suited to your culture.

Competency based interviewer training
Drawing on the theory behind competency based assessment and the methodologies involved in developing a competency model, we'll ensure that your people understand observation and recording behaviours, scoring guides, as well as common sources of error during interviews.

Assessment for development centres
Thinking about how to make the most of the talent already working for you? We are. That's why we design assessments that focus on the abilities of your current employees, and developing their strengths into something that really works for you.

We look specifically at what your people need to bring to their role. And we use a variety of simulation exercises such as role plays and group exercises to assess them on the key competency requirements for your organisation. After each exercise, we provide the pointers and advice that really helps your people learn as they go.

We'll provide you with written feedback in full against each of the competencies you'd like us to assess. We'll also provide you with face-to-face feedback, which is the perfect chance for us to discuss key development areas and provide you with immediate strategies for development.
