Insolvency Statutory Advertising

The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010 came into force on Tuesday 6 April 2010. The new Rules mean significant changes to the insolvency statutory advertising requirements, including the need for notices to include ‘standard contents’ in almost every Gazette and newspaper (or other) advertisement. We have produced a leaflet and comprehensive guide detailing the changes that were made in April. More information is on our special page about the changes – click here.

While the specialist insolvency practitioner is a relatively recent introduction in our 200 year history, insolvency advertising has long been a key part of our business.

We handle all types of advertising for insolvency practitioners - from the routine notices you need to place in administration, liquidation and bankruptcy matters to the more unusual notices and business/asset sales.

For routine notices we offer the option of using our fixed text notice drafting, or you can just send us copies of the notices to be published.

Our service includes all media contact, booking and placing the advertisements. Plus we obtain proof of publication, and at the end you'll receive one itemised invoice - as a bonus you'll normally end up paying significantly less overall than if you were dealing direct with the publishers.

Please contact us for any advice you need, or see our downloads page for a selection of forms and useful guides.
