Our preferred Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is TalentLink. It provides any size of organisation with everything they need to manage the recruitment process effectively and efficiently.
TalentLink could be the only one of our services you use. If it’s all that is required, we can set up the system and train your staff on how to use it. Alternatively, it can be integrated into a suite of our services.
Client access
Depending on the involvement you would like to have, TalentLink can offer you various levels of access from basic “viewer access” through to “full recruiter” access.
Candidate access
At the point of registration, candidates will be asked to provide basic details about themselves. They will receive two emails, one confirming their username and another giving them their password.
Personalised logins provide candidates with access to their candidate homepage, which carries your branding. Candidates can use this homepage to send an email to TMP to answer a query, review the progress of their application, print a copy of their application form to review or go on to complete the next stage of the application process.
Talent portals
The look, feel and tone of TalentLink, including the online application form, is completely tailored to you. This includes the colour, logos, font type and, even, the language we use. This ensures we are representing your brand at every stage of the resourcing process.
We will also tailor the system to your requirements. Here are some of the key features that the standard system offers.
Document upload: TMP can upload candidate documents directly to the specific online database. This can include CVs, application screen results with comments, online test results (including test type, percentile and T scores), telephone and face-to-face interview scripts and assessment centre results and comments.
Online scheduling: TalentLink can allow candidates to self-schedule assessment centre dates and interviews online. (This is a more cost-effective method than doing it over the phone.) Once they have chosen a date and time a personalised automated email is sent to them confirming their selection along with any supporting information that may be required.
Duplicate candidates: We receive daily reports via TalentLink highlighting any candidates who may have the same postcode, contact number and email address. This process can apply while managing multiple programmes or on a fixed timescale. For example if a candidate is not permitted to re-apply for a role within a specific period of time, then we will be alerted as soon as they do.
Integrated online tests: To offer a seamless candidate experience and transfer of data TalentLink has SHL and Cubix online tests integrated and we are currently in the design and build stage with Kenexa.
Compliance & Security
TalentLink is fully DPA compliant with the capability of deleting candidate information in line with your company’s specific data protection policy. Information is typically stored for two years.
Reports
TalentLink offers user-defined reports across all areas of the resourcing effort and into every step of the resourcing process, allowing the recruitment team to accurately track the candidate pipeline and deliver service levels.
Our experienced in-house ATS managers can also develop analytical dashboard reports, which provide you with a detailed overview of your projects. These can be produced on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and end-of-campaign basis. Here are some of the types of data that dashboard reports can include:

• Source analysis by ethnic group, diversity and gender
