If your business has either a large number of candidates to source or a difficult role to fill, which requires a specific set of uncommon skills, our Candidate Sourcing team can provide you with the leads that you need.
We use a number of techniques including CV mining, online networking and deep web searching. The offering is flexible to suit individual client and vacancy needs, for roles with salaries up to £59k.
Once the candidates have been sourced we can either simply provide a long-list of candidates who meet the basic criteria following a paper sift. Or we can pre-screen, fully screen or assess the candidates if required.
