AMEC's Nuclear business

AMEC's nuclear business is just one of the many organisations to have benefited from working with our People Consulting team.

In AMEC's case, the challenge was clear. Having been formed through a consortium bought in 2005, they needed to drive profitable growth in an expanding and competitive marketplace. But did they have the people infrastructure to do it?

Our resourcing specialists and occupational psychologists worked alongside board members and senior managers of AMEC's nuclear business to develop a thoroughly researched framework that would help them recruit and retain the talent they needed. It meant pinpointing the behaviours required to help them realise their vision, and clearly defining job families and career paths.
