Managing misconceptions about the nuclear industry
The primary challenge when it comes to recruiting for the nuclear industry sector is updating people's knowledge - and their assumptions based on old news.
For example, Sellafield hasn't generated nuclear power for many years and is now run as a decommissioned installation, its 10,000 strong workforce working to remediate the largest nuclear site in the UK. The challenge of recruiting 40 to 50 exceptional graduates for this process was taken up by TMP with relish.
Manjoor Azizul - Art Director
I've been lucky enough to have seven years colouring in and using the etch a sketch at three agencies. Achieving 15 national awards and three billion layout pads later, I'm proud to be heading up a team of 10 talented, enthusiastic and rather good looking Creatives. Bribe them with food and the promise of award-winning briefs. They're always hungry for both.
