Our sourcing process is very different from traditional head hunting.
Our search process starts with our resourcing consultants working in partnership with hiring managers and HR departments to gather as much information as possible about their organisation, and to establish exactly what they're looking for. Then, using the latest search techniques across a range of online channels - including business and social media sites, specialist job boards and CV databases - we identify high quality candidates with the relevant expertise.
To help our clients turn a shortlist of potential candidates into employees, we can schedule face-to-face interviews and assessment days. We also offer interview practice coaching and objective career management advice for candidates, as well as working with clients' recruitment teams as part of the offer management process.
Our model is based around an activity-based solution, which means that we charge depending on the level of involvement required - from researching the candidate landscape and producing a list of candidates, to interviewing them and carrying out psychometric or capability assessments. So our consultants aren't driven by up-front fees. They're driven by doing a professional job, and getting the best results for our clients.
