Louie Koonjean,  Head of Recruitment Technology and Implementation, PeopleScout UK

Louis is a highly experienced project and operations manager with over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment sector.

He is part of the management team for TMP’s recruitment delivery business and is head of shared services, looking after specification and delivery of all new projects & implementations. He is also responsible for all recruitment technology and metrics used by the business to inform & excite our customers and to drive efficiency.

Prior to joining TMP, Louis worked both in-house and for an on-site RPO including the set-up of one of the UK’s largest outsourcing contracts and particularly enjoys analysing delivery issues and resolving as required within operational and cost constraints.
