Application Process

This graduate pathway programme is new. We’re very excited about it and we want you to feel the same. But before applying, it’s vital you ask yourself one big question: are we right for you?

You’ve read about the rotations, our company and our culture. Click apply and we’ll ask you to answer some questions alongside the space to upload your CV. Some of these questions will be functional – like ‘Do you have a degree?’ or ‘Do you have the right to work in the UK?’. But others will be more about situational judgement, tapping into the personal qualities we’re looking for.

All this detail is important for one reason: you’re assessing us just as much as we’re assessing you. Only apply if you think our programme really lands.

  • Apply

  • Video interview

    If your answers stand out, we’ll invite you to a video interview. Here we’ll explore what makes you tick, plus the skills, attitude and experience we’re looking for in our outthinkers. The technical side of this stage will be explained in your invitation.

  • Telephone Interview

    Shine in your video interview, and the next step is a telephone interview. It will be a 30-minute call, on the 18th or 19th of March. We’ll include more detail in your invitation. This real-time conversation gives you an opportunity to meet one of our team before the assessment centre.

  • Assessment Centre

    To be held in our London Head Office on 26th March 2026.

    Impress us during your telephone interview, and we’ll invite you to a full-day assessment centre at our head office in central London.

    This event will involve various tasks. But it will also be your opportunity to talk to different TMP colleagues, gain deeper insights and ask any questions you like. We promise to make it fun.

  • Offer

    Within six working days of the assessment centre, we’ll have an answer for you. If you have all the attributes to be a great outthinker, we’ll make you an offer.
