    In 2013 we were tasked with driving down the significant cost of Public Notice spending for the West Midlands Consortium.

      The size of Birmingham City Councils remit meant we needed to work with a wide range of teams. From Highways and Communications to individual Directorates, Schools, HR and Planning.
