The challenge
In a fierce recruitment marketplace, Circle Health Group (CHG) needed to stand out. Their old careers site was clunky, bland, and predictable. The bounce rate was through the roof. Application numbers were falling. Agency spend was mounting. Something needed to change, and fast.
The solution
Step one was to do something out of the ordinary. Our strapline demanded we went where no-one else was going, so instead of falling back on pictures of happy nurses and comfortable patients, or relying on the same old tired healthcare tropes, we decided to create a visual style that was entirely unique.
Innovative? We think so.
From scroll-triggered navigation to ambitious functionality, bespoke animated avatars to punchy copy, the new careers site has set a new standard for healthcare recruitment. And it works.
