    Ofcom Challenge

    Ofcom & its existing EVP was beginning to run its course in terms of effectiveness. Without solid strategic vision, their voice wasn’t positioning them as the employer of choice for candidates looking at this sector.

    Solution

    A Smart Solution

      Our three-phase approach enabled an effective EVP deployment and a campaign to be proud of. The research phase revolved around 121 interviews with senior stakeholders from across the organisation.

      This set the stage for the validation and refinement phase. We conducted a wide-ranging employee survey, plus external interviews, to ensure alignment between the solution’s company-wide relevance and its attractiveness to an external audience. This gave us a solid, refined and data-backed messaging model.

      From there we could move forward with the creative development. The chosen concept involved a sophisticated photoshoot, interview video content, a refreshed website and a versatile media toolkit.
