Fixed-term contract: 12 months

 

Introduction 

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights? Join our Consulting team as a Talent & Market Insight Consultant and help clients make smarter talent decisions through research, analysis and market intelligence.

 

The Role

As a Talent & Market Insight Consultant, you'll use your research and analytical skills to uncover the insights that shape successful talent strategies. You'll work with a range of data sources to understand talent markets, identify trends and provide recommendations that help our clients attract and engage the people they need.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality insight across areas such as talent availability, competitor activity, salary benchmarking and labour market trends, helping clients understand the challenges and opportunities within their hiring landscape.

You'll also:

  • Research and analyse talent markets, industries and locations to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Build data sets using a range of research tools and techniques
  • Translate complex information into clear reports, presentations and recommendations
  • Support client conversations by providing meaningful insight and intelligence
  • Keep up to date with talent intelligence trends, tools and technologies
  • Help evolve our insight offering to ensure we continue to deliver a market-leading service

 

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, asking questions and finding the story behind the data. You'll be naturally curious, detail-focused and confident communicating insights to a variety of audiences.

You'll enjoy working with research and analytics but will also be comfortable building relationships, understanding client needs and turning information into practical recommendations.

 

You'll need:

  • Experience delivering talent and market insight activities such as supply and demand analysis, competitor profiling or salary benchmarking
  • Experience conducting detailed research using a variety of sources and techniques
  • Experience creating reports, presentations and data-driven insights
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and confidence presenting information visually
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging insights
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people internally and externally
