Designed well, assessments optimise the match between the person, role and company. And result in recruiting high performers who’ll take the business forward. Whether you’re after a full transformation or an impactful tweak, as assessment psychologists, our process is scientific.
Once we’ve clarified the big considerations (for example diversity, retention or quality of hire), we’ll complete a diagnostic and make recommendations. We created and updated Wates Construction’s apprentice and graduate assessments; helped Openreach identify internal candidates for a leadership programme; and elevated the assessment process at Heathrow Airport.
