A talent acquisition professional, with an product marketing mindset, that has 360 degree experience of all recruitment and branding disciplines; her experience being drawn from working in both in-house, RPO, employer branding and consultancy companies.
Claire Holness – Head of Acquisition, Ericsson
As Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Latin America at Ericsson, Claire drives recruiting strategy to support Ericssons purpose to deliver ‘technology for good’ while creating a networked society. Building recruiting expertise since the turn of the millennium, she has a multi-industry background in RPO leadership, talent acquisition consultancy and delivery of complex global change management programs. In a world of rapid change and technology innovation, her passions lay in recruiting digitalisation and advancing diversity & inclusion.
Caroline Jory- Engagement Director, Qubist
Caroline Jory is Engagement Director at Qubist, the UK’s top employee advocacy solution, leading on the agency’s business development and marketing. Having joined the agency in 2011, Caroline has partnered with many of Qubist’s clients including Iceland Foods, Suzuki, Air Mauritius and George (Asda) to create innovative brand advocacy strategies using the Qubist platform. The proprietary methodology used helps create successful, sustainable advocacy programmes with motivated employee advocates to build trust and generate authentic reach for brands.
Catalina Schveninger, Global Head of Resourcing & Employer Brand, Vodafone
Catalina Schveninger, Global Head of Resourcing and Employer Brand, joined Vodafone in their London HQ in March 2014. Previously, Catalina was Member of the Board and HR Director of T Mobile The Netherlands.
She began her international HR career in 2002 as a member of the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE and held different roles in the Netherlands, Spain and Belgium until she was appointed as HR EMEA Director of GE’s Security division (a division that was acquired by UTC).
A mother of 2, Catalina is a NLP and Transactional Analysis practitioner and is a passionate advocate for the attraction and development of talented women in the organization.
Robert Peasnell – Managing Director, TMP
Robert Peasnell has spent his entire career working in marketing and communications. He spent his early career working in major brand agencies, including McCann-Erickson and Ogilvy & Mather. At TMP he leads our teams working with clients around talent attraction and engagement – everything from employer branding and digital strategy development through to immersive assessment and culture change. He also works directly with key clients across the UK.
Prior to joining TMP, Robert headed up the Communications & Marketing teams at Tribal and Barkers. Robert has chaired the judging panels at the CIPD and RAD Awards and is a visiting lecturer at Kingston Business School.
