David Brooks

David has worked across 3 different departments in TMP since joining all the way back in 2002. He finally found the team he’d call home in 2005, and now heads up Paid Media and Performance. His remit includes media planning and buying, CM/MI, paid search and social. His team works across all TMP clients, ranging from small campaigns to year-long bulk buys. He work closely with data which gives him solid understanding of conversion rates and trend metrics to evaluate campaigns analytically. After years of working on private and public sector clients he’s picked up a wealth of knowledge and built up strong relationships with clients and media companies alike.

Justin Avery

Justin provides digital consultation to clients to ensure they are able to deliver their message to their staff and potential candidates through all forms of digital media.  Originally from Australia, Justin started his career building websites for the Northern Territory Government before becoming the Corporate Information Manager at Power and Water Corporation. After moving to London in 2007 he began work as a Technical Consultant at a digital agency in Shoreditch and managed the build of websites for Shelter, Victorian & Albert Museum, Westminster Abbey, and the Royal Society of Arts. A frequent speaker at the Adobe Max Creative Conference in the USA, Justin is passionate about the web and enjoys pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
