    A tech-led approach: To cut through the noise, we needed to go further. Seamlessly tying the new employer brand and careers site together. We needed to create a digital destination for job-seekers

Private health experts? Check. Huge investments in cutting-edge tech and innovation? Check. Truly, Circle Health Group is like nowhere else and are nothing short of pioneering. But looking at their careers site, you’d have no idea.

    In order to stand out, we had to do something innovative to communicate the right message to candidates.

Solution

How we collaborated

    Our Creative Team began by designing and developing 12 bespoke avatars for a different profession. Each with a unique set of characteristics, objects and appearances that reflected the workforce. With a refreshed tone of voice, we re-wrote the whole site using bold, punchy, and ambitious language.

    Our Project Management Team oversaw the project with diligence and patience. This was an especially long creative process due to the attention to detail. This was also the first time we were using innovative back-end tech like this.

    Our Tech Team completely reworked the functionality and aesthetics of the website. We’re talking AST feeds, UX, transparent video; the works. The site also had an automatic adaptation feature that meant each unique visitor was fed content based on their specific journey through the site.

Now, they have an always on, always modern, and always dynamic attraction centre piece that tells their candidates they mean business. In the tough, oversaturated world of healthcare recruitment, this is a bat signal.
