Solution
How we collaborated
What we delivered
A 3D rendered logo. Members of staff are the Pixel United brand champions. They simply enter the booth and shoot selfies or film, and this content is then used across the organisation’s multi-channel recruitment communications.
Neon. We photographed their people individually and in group scenarios, playing with lighting and composition to ensure variety and promote individuality.
A new reputation. ‘Shift your reality’ was the messaging behind a new employer brand, and using the lightbox to create such unexpected, attention-grabbing recruitment communications, they’re well on their way to transforming their fortunes.
