On Thursday 21st September 2023, we attended the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards with our parent company, PeopleScout. The TIARA Talent Solutions Awards celebrate and recognise the best Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Talent Solutions Providers in Europe.
We were finalists in five catagories and came home with three new shiny awards to add to our collection!

Importance of industry awards
Not only are awards valuable for organisations who receive them, but they are significant for those working within the industries. They serve as a form of validation and recognition for the accomplishments and hard work of organisations, boosting morale and motivating teams when they win or get nominated. The judges determined that the bold, lively, brave and fresh approach to many of their entries meant the overall winner is TMP Worldwide.
The team consistently demonstrated creative approaches to challenges but also underpinned their work with strong processes and delivered strong results. They also took home the Best Company to Work for Award, so all in all a worthy winner.

TMP Worldwide clearly have excellent processes in place and a high level of support, education and training for their employees is apparent.
They showed clear evidence as to how their people drive the growth of the organisation with a strong focus on the employee experience.
The Employer Brand Award
A very strong winner, showing how a bold and inventive brand strategy can deliver quantifiable outcomes. TMP Worldwide created a hugely improved presence for the client through clever, lively and diverse creative work. The overall outcomes of this challenging project show that it had a major positive impact on the business.
Our work with Circle Health Group, the UK’s biggest private health provider, involved a huge rebrand including launching a new careers site and developing a new employer brand. Their predictable healthcare white and blue colour palette, endless paragraphs or copy and clunky navigation turned into developed bespoke, animated avatars for each profession with a contemporary feel allowing users to engage more meaningfully with the content. This resulted in a new site in a league of its own, pushing the standard for the heathcare industry to new heights.
